Concerning child support and alimony in Florida , what if my spouse isn’t honest about all that he/she is earning, or what if they could be earning more than they do?

If you can prove that your spouse can earn more than they do, the Court will determine the alimony or child support using the income figure for what your spouse could be making. Where a spouse is earning money off the books or otherwise not divulging income, you must prove this (so that child support and alimony can be properly determined.)
